When storing worms in a container for any period of time if the container is not “Worm Proof” the plastic worms will actually melt the plastic container or fishing box they are stored in.

Is fishing line worm proof?

Usually I tie up a couple dozen pink worms before each trip but I was getting ready to do a mass production tie of a couple hundred worms. If I do not use them all this winter will the worms eat away at the leaders like they do some of the non-worm proof containers? I would hate to tie all those leaders for nothing.
